Spicy Sprouts and Shiitake Mushroom Stir Fry
1/2-1 tbsp Mitoku hot and spicy sesame oil
Bunch of sprouts
5 fresh shiitake mushrooms
Gomasio
Tamari
- Heat the sesame oil in skillet and add the shiitake mushrooms. Stir fry until golden brown.
- Place sprouts on top of mushrooms, add a little water, and cover skillet to steam for 2-3 mins.
- Add tamari to taste, sprinkle with gomasio, and stir fry together until well cooked.
A great way to enjoy a little spice in your macro dish! |
